3. Fees and Payment

6. Limitation of Liability

You may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to The MadTax. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
7.2 Termination by The MadTax
The MadTax reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if you fail to comply with these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we determine that the engagement is not in our mutual best interest.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, The MadTax will provide you with any completed work and return any original documents provided by you. However, The MadTax reserves the right to retain copies of your records as required by law or for our own records.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms and the service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Mediation and Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
The MadTax reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
